I kept running into the same limitations and friction points in Claude Web and Claude Code, so I started building my own skills to make those workflows more reliable and repeatable. This project grew out of practical needs rather than experimentation. Instead of working around the same issues every time, I turned the solutions into reusable skills that fit the way I actually work.
